It was not bad .

The property is in a quite environment and the property is neat and comfortable, the bathroom and the toilet are very clean

The heater in my room was working and it was very cold . I tried putting it on but it didn’t work.

Bloody awful

Honestly there isn’t anything good I can say about this place

When we arrived th pin on app didn’t work so contacted the host. They said had to wait for a code to be sent it still wasn’t sent so called them again the cleaning lady had apparently not turned up so he had to come down to clean and was wanting to make us wait until 5. 2 hours after original check in. When he got there he was cleaning, this is more like a house share but wasn’t advertised as that my mum and friends room had moldy rice under the bed, covered in dust and my friend struggles with asthma luckily we were on their for one night. The bathrooms were filthy which is how we later found out it’s a house share. Mine and my parters room was so tiny and the bed had springs popping out of the mattress and we were in so much pain from that and couldn’t sleep. The area is surrounded by houses with rubbish outside no place to park but said parking would be available. The photos aren’t accurate at all. So stay away

Location near hospital

Not advertised accurately. It is a dirty student house in a rundown area with rubbish everywhere on the street. Dirty and dusty, brown marks on wall. My room was next to the kitchen and was so noisy when other people used this. Washing strewn out everywhere. Very over priced for what it is.

Unclean bedding and a dank odour took away from what is an otherwise presentable studio

I liked that it has a kitchenette

The bedding was clearly not fresh. It’s the worst thing ever to ask guests to sleep in the same bed strangers have slept it. Everyone knows fresh bedding when they see and smell it. This is the biggest improvement this provider can make - provide fresh bedding please! The provider asks guests to leave property as they found it - does that mean restoring the used bedding and making the bed look like how it was when we came in? That shouldn’t be so.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

The location was close to the city centre.

It was a converted council house on a cramped estate. Bins were overflowing and with cars blocked the parking space. The house looked like it needed some care & attention. In the end none of that mattered because I couldn't access the key & when I phoned the number I had been given I was told I or Booking.com had cancelled. When I suggested I was there, outside the door I was told it had been sold again.

Terrible, do not book. Unclean and unsanitary

The property was left unlocked when we arrived, there were rusty nails hanging out of door frames. dirty washing in the washing machine. Old food in the fridge. dirty bins full of water in the garden. old bedding hung out on the washing line. Old tubes of toothpaste in the bathroom. Hairs and bugs in the bed. unexplained liquid stains on the walls. Our guests did not stay here for even one of the 6 nights booked for due to the lack of cleanliness and basic hygiene at this property.

Fine for a weekend if you really need to be near the uni

Very close to the University, bus stop nearby, can check in at practically any hour

The 2 apartments we stayed at shared the chicken with the apartments in the upper floor and there was a bit of a mess when we arrived. Also, there will be people using the kitchen other than you so you if you stay at this apartment you have to be ok with that

Going to work every morning

No TV in room felt like I was in HMP other guests, had no respect partying all night it was obviously a place for students which wasn’t notified. People coming in at 3am loud music on no respect etc and the walls are paper thin

Creepy

Its a house in residential area. There was no sign to indicate that’s the property that’s renting room. We arrived in the dark and it wasn’t easy to find which of the houses is the one. There is no parking, you have to find free space on the street, which wasn’t easy. it was very creepy, we walked in and booked another hotel. We didn’t stay after all.

In general, it's a good place to stay for a few days the owner is a friendly person.

I only saw cafe and sugar for breakfast about the location is a bit far from city centre but it is well communicated with buses stops and you get the city centre in around 25 minutes and also in 15 minutes walking you get a great Shopping centre called Selly Oak with a big Sainsbury and others good shops.

I don't like that during the nights some customers are very noisy and you can't sleep nicely.

An adequate room for what was needed.

The bed was comfortable and clean and had a good choice of pillows and cushions as well as a desk in the corner of the room which was handy. The arrangement with the keys was fine. It was fairly neat and tidy, at least for what was required it was neat and today enough. A quiet neighbourhood as well.

Although it was clean, it hadn't been deep cleaned. It also hadn't been aired off so it had that stale smell that you get when windows haven't been opened over a few days. I couldn't park out front due to a car being in the way from what was either a guest at the apartment or next door. As a result I had to park up the street next to a roundabout.

Very clean, accommodating and comfortable. Host was very polite and helpful.

Great heating, good showers and two bathrooms. Big kitchen space with everything you need. Really appreciated the extra towels. Bed was super comfy and clean. Quiet area. Host was very accommodating. I will definitely be booking again if I stay in the area.

A TV would improve the lounge. I had my laptop so it wasn’t an issue but if not for that I may have been quite bored with not having any entertainment.

موقعه جيد لطلاب الجامعة و قريب من محطات باص يوصلك لمجمعات قريبة فيه محلات بقالة مثل sainsbury و غيرها و شبكة wi-fi قوية

المطبخ غير نظيف دائما قذر و توجد بقايا في الثلاجة تنشر رئحة قذرة في البيت كامل و اسطح المطبخ غير نظيفه و لا يوفر وسائل نظافة كافية من اسفنج لغسل الأطباق و غيرها و الغسالة دائما مشغولة بشراشف تتركها عاملة النظافة لأكثر من أسبوع حتى يخرج مستأجر اخر ثم تخرجها و تنشرها للمستأجر القادم اما الحمام دائما تنتهي المناديل و لا تستبدل الا بعد اسبوعين و دائما ما يكون الحمام قذر الا اذا غسلته انت اما الغرف الأرضية قذرة جدا مليئة بالشعر و الأوساخ و لا يمكنك أن تمشي حافي القدمين او حتى بجورب لكيلا يتسخ اما الأسرة قصيرة جدا تناسب أشخاص اقل من 170 سم و الشراشف من الواضح انها تضل ما يفوق الاسبوع في الغسالة بعدما تغسل و الأفلام صغير جدا و غير واضح
