The property had everything I needed — a very clean and cozy room, a comfortable bed that I slept really well in, a small but very practical kitchen area, and a clean bathroom. I actually caught myself wondering what could be improved inside the apartment and couldn’t really think of anything, which probably says everything.
The street itself is not the prettiest, although it might have felt that way more because of the cold winter weather. However, the location is very central and convenient for reaching the city centre. Would most likely come back!
There was some confusion on arrival because the house number didn’t match the apartment entrance, and the host was not very responsive at first, but I later found out the key handover was managed by a nearby hotel, whose reception staff were very helpful and kind, which solved everything quickly.
The only real downside was that some other guests were quite loud and played music late at night (around 1–3am). A small reminder about quiet hours after 11pm in the hallway might help future guests. Despite that, the apartment itself was very comfortable and I still slept quite well due to the comfy bed & clean air.

This was a great little place, in a very convenient location relative to the University of Birmingham, where I had a meeting the next day. I didn't want to spend a lot for just a bed for the night, but still needed somewhere that was clean and comfortable. The little studio was both of these things - it was super-clean, very comfortable, well heated, and with very impressive facilities for a room at this price point (kitchenette, private bathroom, TV, desk....). Would really recommend if you are looking for value with quality.
Sort out the noise with the bathroom fan, please!

The bed is a little small

The apartment was fairly clean and the shower was fairly good .
Could hear the flat and other customers running up and down the stairs most the night was also vacuuming at stupid times at night . Apartment was not completey as advertised ad no fridge windows good off done with a clean was a leak behind the toilet .was no dova cover on bed and mattress was very hard and only one very thin pillow . I don't believe it was worth the 88 pounds we paid .and collecting the keys was fine but when asking were the apparmeht was we got told different directions and In the end ad to get a member off staff from the hotel to show us .would probably not stay again .
