Reception staff, the en-suite, the laundry
How hot the room got on summer days, water pressure just about adequate, in the shower, but it could be a lot better, the cleaners didn’t seem to clean the kitchen at all.

It's cheap, it is a halls of residence for students and used as a hotel outside of term time. It is still a student property so if you don't mind sharing facilities with students you're good
It was very basic but this was to be expected. I asked for dirty towels to be collected and this just didn't happen. They said someone would clean the room after 6 days and this simply did not happen. There were constant flies in the room that somehow found their way into the fridge. Always finding dead flies in the fridge stopped me from using it for anything more than a drink chiller. No air conditioning, room was unbearably hot at night
