Clean and comfortable, near shops and transport. Attentive and accommodating host, who clearly responds well to criticism (there are mirrors now).
In such a place, a fridge would be a big plus, especially in the warmer months.

The owner pre warned me it was very basic, so I was ok with that. No TV or WIFI. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water.
No mirror in the bathroom or bedroom, I think that will be sorted now as I mentioned it to her.
