Absolutely spotless. bathroom is modern and clean. And 2 steps from bedroom. Kitchen is modern and spotless. I would 100pc stay again.

Location-wise, the nearest bus stop was just outside the house, with quick links into central Birmingham, yet the neighbourhood itself is leafy and quiet – perfect if you want city access without city noise.
Outside, the tiered back garden is a sun-trap until late afternoon; I had my coffee out there each morning.
I enjoyed my stay at the property and am looking forward to booking again on my next trip

It was clean
There was no room in the fridges or cupboards for any of our own groceries as the fridges were jam packed with other people’s food. It was like a full weekly shop had been crammed into it.
