For three nights, the heater was malfunctioned. I raised a complaint but nothing was done about it. There isn’t a microwave and the room was very small. I didn’t enjoy my stay.

Basic
Needed passport to get the keys, despite showing online already. The receptionist demanded to take a picture of the passport on their smartphone and very rude, didn't seem to appreciate this is security risk. Stank of weed. Very basic room, bed sheet didn't even cover the thin mattress. Very rude messages about student ID, threatening to keep the money if I didn't show with 24 hours. Building works outside through the night. Avoid.

Road noise with the window open. It was surprisingly hot and we slept with the window open.
