Although I booked only a day or two before arriving, there were no problems getting keys and communication with the organiser. Clean room, and lovely garden.
I was a little unsure where to park, as there was little space on the roadside, but I managed park half on curb, as other residents seemed to be doing the same.

The room was clean and instructions for how to access - including late entry - were clear.
There had been no mention of the two cats at the property. The property smells of cat urine. It's a good job neither of us have cat fur allergies. The hygiene rating sticker is 3 years old, so out of date.
The bed needs some attention as the slats kept falling out, making for quite an uncomfortable night's sleep.
