Great communications from host, easy check in with room key and front door key in a lock box. Host was lovely and I enjoyed meeting the cats Pinky and Perky. Shared bathroom on ground floor locked bedrooms on first floor. I felt very safe as a lone female traveller. Ample on road parking. Comfortable bed, good shower.
Everything was absolutely fine for my needs.

The hostess was so lovely and accommodated my request of early check in. The property was very clean and presentable and the room was lovely and clean. Very comfortable. It felt like being at home. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Brenda

Really cosy, homely stay. Gorgeous garden, cute cats and amazing price if you want something between a hotel and a hostel.
The location is a little far from the city centre but buses run close to the house

The room was clean and instructions for how to access - including late entry - were clear.
There had been no mention of the two cats at the property. The property smells of cat urine. It's a good job neither of us have cat fur allergies. The hygiene rating sticker is 3 years old, so out of date.
The bed needs some attention as the slats kept falling out, making for quite an uncomfortable night's sleep.
