well organised clean i would say again

El lavabo siempre estaba limpio y el cuarto tambien.

Lo unico que estaba un poco lejos del centro, pero habia una parada de bus al lado del alojamiento y te dejaba justo en el centro, asi que eso estaba genial.

Place is very good. It has a SHARED bathroom, but this is kept meticulously clean by means of subtle notices asking people to clean up after themselves which is great. Easy access through security coded key safe, good communication from property owners. Bedroom was clean. Excellent WIFI. There was an AirCon fan in the room which was good because weather was warm and the property is on a busy, fairly noisy road, so I had to close the window at night. Good to have kettle in room, with T-bags and sugar, NO milk, NO coffee. NO microwave in my room (shown in a number of the photos)

I had the budget single room and the room was TINY, literally the length of the single bed with about 80 cm of clear space running down the length of the room, just about enough space to store my suitcase without blocking the door. In itself that was fine but would have been useful to know. I couldn't get the TV to show regular Freeview TV programs but it was a SMART TV so had Netflix etc. Generic description of property said: "Fresher Space Home Stay in Birmingham offers a homestay experience with free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and carpeted floors. Each room includes a private bathroom, sofa bed, wardrobe, and TV." In reality, yes, WIFI is good, there is NO DESK (but there is Whatsapp communication 24 hours a day), there are carpets, there are NO private bathrooms, they are SHARED (albeit spotlessly cleaned) and I had just a single bed, NO wardrobe (just 5 hooks on the back of the door and a couple of coat hangers) and a TV as described above. So it's all a bit misleading, but in reality, for a weekend away when I was out all day, more than adequate.

Affordable

Hair found on the bed, smell of the room is odd. Toilet have hair. I have to clean it. Bath mat is dirty and it seem that it was never changed
