It was a very pleasant stay and it meet my expectations and then some.

Landlord was very pleasant and transparent throughout my stay. One of the best host Ive had in a while that genuinely put his customers first and for that reason I highly recommend.

This was not a decent accommodation as advised on booking.com. This was basically a bar. The whole kitchen area is flooded with cans of bear.the house was just a name but a bar. I will never recommend any decent professional person to rent. And my advice to booking.com please verify properties properly before you mislead customers online or just believing what the owner tells you which is utter lies and verbrication

Acceptable bedroom, rest of house not clean

Bedroom was fine. Free street parking was appreciated and the location was good to get into Villa Park. Easy self access with lock box and pin code on bedroom door. Very cheap

The rest of the house was very dirty. This is basically a student house.. the kitchen and bathroom were not clean at all. Pots and pans and food everywhere. This was fine for a cheap quick stopover to rest our heads, but would not stay again.

The room was decent and the host was responsive.

The bathroom was horrendous and the toilet seat was absolutely disgusting. Shit stain and all. The place needs a good cleaning.

I booked room for 4 nights but only stayed 1 night had to find alternative accommodation because house was so dirty. Could not have a shower because bathroom was filthy and woke up with flea bites from the bed. Asked for money back but had no reply. Avoid this place like the plague

fridge didn’t work , mattress was uncomfortable, u could feel all the metal in the mattress , bathroom was tatty and carpets were dirty and heating was off at night not on thermostat so it got cold

Great place to live with amazing manager

The Owner was really friendly and accomodating. Due to the nature of my trip, my plans kept on changing and they were really adaptable to my changes. Clean and welcoming

WiFi Password was not there anywhere but I didn't require it so, was fine but needs to readily available and heating wasn't on at night

The kitchen and bathroom where OK and clean

Upon entering my room there was a very strong and unpleasant smell, at first I couldn't wor out what it was but after some time realised it was mould, the inside and outside of the room door was covered in it. It was very difficult to settle with such a strong odour and I could feel it on my chest when I woke each morning. I would of vacated the property immediately after realising what it was as it can be quite hazardous to your health to be breathing that in but as I'd already paid I didn't want to then fork out for somewhere else.

Room needs new mattress

The place was very clean. On a quiet road so not much noise at night.

The bed was impossible to sleep on and extremely painful. The springs stick out. I saw a comment about a broken bed was made before from a previous guest but thought nothing of it. But it was really, really bad. I wouldn't reccomend staying here unless a new mattress is purchased for future guests. You will damage your back otherwise.
