Served a purpose. Did the job.
Good location, cheap. Came up for Ozzy Osbourne show and it more than served a purpose for us. Really close to Villa Park. Bed was comfy.
Water pressure. Upstairs bathroom didn’t even have water at times. Shower in middle bathroom is broken and no hot water. No bin in bedroom.

Stay away disgusting place
Greeted by dirty old bedsheets on my 1st night, was given clean but old sheets when complained, there was faeces all over the bathroom mat where someone had decided to shit themselves and again on the 1st floor landin, dirty bathrooms, , dodgy guests slamming doors all night, very nosy cleaner when I asked him to check the bad condition of the room, it's located in a nice area but is a total rip off, I advise everyone to stay away, the owner is making g a lot of money but doesn't care about this shit hole, it's a joke.
