Overall good stay, just some minor issues to fix.

Comfortable room, had good nights sleep, had everything I needed.

Didn't receive email with the door code/Wifi access but managed to resolve with owner. Broken glass on pavement where I parked closest to property. Milk tubs were out of date so went without milk and Microwave needed cleaning.

The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and easy to access. There’s a good parking space, which was a big plus. Everything was well maintained, and the owner was great , very helpful and kind enough to allow me to check in at 2PM instead of 3PM. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Overnight Stay

This was not a tent. It was a room created from converting a garage. The room was clean and comfortable.

The location was not very pleasant. There are photos of inside the property but none of the outside, showing the street. I felt very uneasy as a solo traveller. There was noise from people and cars going past. There was also noise from the house itself. Also, it wasn't easy to park on the street, near to the room. I won't be staying here again.

Owner was nice and friendly.

Area was a bit rough. No direct outside car parking. The people above and at the side was noisy all night and day. House very creaky etc. Toilet a tight fit.

Comfortable stay just outside of Birmingham city centre

The accommodation had everything I needed and I didn't have to eat out. There was a fridge as well as a microwave. The bed was comfortable and the neighbourhood quiet. Had a good night's sleep and the host responded quickly to my messages. I parked my car at The Hawthorns park and ride in order to take the tram to Birmingham city centre.

The bathroom floor was a bit cold at times, so I suggest you bring a pair of slippers with you.

Nicely decorated, all you need for short stay was available, bed n linen was clean and fresh towels. Dirty dishes box was provided.

Very nice, would happily stay again and recommend to friends

Very clean and well equipped room, comfortable bed, nice shower. Easy check-in, didn't even need to speak to anyone.

Bath didn't get quite as warm as I would've liked it. The room was cold upon arrival; maybe in the future, the host could switch the heating on a bit before the check-in time. That said, the radiator in the room is new and relatively efficient, so it only took about 15 minutes for it to get warm.

Everything was excellent, unfortunately we had to drove back due to the weather conditions we were scared to be stock in Birmingham because of the snow.
