Nothing apart from the shower which you needed to go up and down the stairs.

No parking on the street and around. No private toilet. Towels are old and small.

The access was very easy since the host provided all the necessary information. The room was spotless at all times, and the facilities were in good condition. It was a lovely place. The location is excellent if you are attending an event at Villa Park. Just be cautious in the neighborhood at night. I would definitely recommend this place.

If you are staying for more than one night, you can’t find a vacant cupboard for all the cupboards appears to be in use even those with your room number on it.

I stay for 6 days and nobody clean the room ,nobody change the bed sheets !!NO WIFI AT ALL TIME TRY TO CONNECT TO THE ROUTER AND THE CAN'T!!!!NO PARKING AT ALL TIME HAVE TO GO VERY FAR AWAY LIKE 2 OR 3 STREETS TO FIND A PLACE TO PARK A BIG NIGHTMARE!!!! ONE MORNING I CHECK MY CAR AND SOMEBODY CRASH MY REAR BUMPER CERY BAD !!!I'M VERY DISGUST !!!! IS A LIE THERE NEVER CAN FIND PARKING BECAUSE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE THEY PARK THEM CAR AND IF YOU PARK ON THEM PLACE THEY SCRATCH YOUR CAR

Clean and nice rooms. The host of the house was very friendly and helpful. Everything was tidy.

Some of the rooms might get hot in the summer months so it would be nice to have at least a cheap fan.

Booked a twin room ended up with a double bed, so didnt stay couldnt get a refund, the location is like Beirut not safe to walk the streets

The area was very dodgy on an evening I wouldn't walk round . The bathroom door wouldn't close so had to stand watch when my wife went to the loo or shower

definitely will be staying again in the future when visiting Birmingham

The dining room facility was nice and clean with a TV, the kitchen was nice and clean with every thing for our access to use e.g fridge , cupboard , cutlery etc. there was a clear bin to dispose of rubbish, there was a outside area for when the weather is good and a toilet/bathroom on every floor for each room to share which remained clean throughout my stay of 4 days. In the room there is a nice comfortable bed with clean bedding, a TV with Netflix and prime free of charge and a kettle with tea supplies : the side table and wardrobe were spacious and to check in was simple

i loved everything only downfall was that we was put on the top floor so with our luggage it was a handful to get up and even just generally so when booking again we will contact the host to request if there is availability for a room on a lower ground so its easier
