I can’t recommend this property enough.

Spacious, well laid out and comfortable. I like the fact that I could independently check-in and out without disturbing the host since I arrived late in the night.

Great value for money.

We loved the garden, easy access. Very clean, good location to where we needed to be. Kitchen was organised and everything you would need in the kitchen Internet was nice and easy, all in all it was a lovely apartment, good value for money. We would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Comfort

It was 5 minutes away from my venue which was ideal. Very clean, comfortable and all amenities provided. Very comfortable night's sleep. On street parking is available, if not immediately outside then a street away. I did not meet the host.

The only reason this is not rated 10 is the appearance of the hallway and the entrance which I presume is a work in progress, also the garden.

Apartment is safe and secure!

The Apartment was very clean easy access to it from the near by Tram Station. Also Bus stop is within walking distance too.

I couldn't get the heating to work at all. It was extremely cold there and unbearable. My suggestion please invest in a portable Heater Thankyou. I also found a hard glue like substance on the quilt cover photo enclosed!

The flat was clean and had everything we needed. It is very close to the tram station so the city centre is easily accessed. The price we paid was very good for the facilities.

It was a bit cold and I could not turn on the radiators. I could have phoned the landlord but I didn't want to bother him.

the cleanness , all the accessories available, everything was in perfect order the checkin was smooth and well guided. I really liked the property and would love to re book in future.

No hot water the next morning, as a lone female felt quite vulnerable, front door didn't feel very secure once inside property. Door could very easily have been pushed open from outside. Maybe look at putting different locks on

Clean, spacious, would recommend

Excellent location, we only spent a few hours there but it was clean and suited us well. Will book again next time we visit.

Only one set of keys but that wasn't a big issue as we just left them in the key safe outside. The sofa bed wasn't hugely comfortable but I didn't have high expectations for a sofa bed so no problem there.
