It was a beautifully clean and well presented apartment. Great facilities, washing machine, airfryer amongst the usual fridge freezer, cooker. Tea and coffee provided. Good location with parking opposite and car can be seen out of bedroom windows. Great location if you're travelling up for football.
The only thing that put me off was having to cross a communal hallway to access the bedrooms. But that was just my personal preference, and probably my parental instincts kicking in! But don't let my preference put you off as the rooms are lovely.

A wonderful 2 bedroom apartment, high standard, comfortable beds and quality decor throughout i.e. furniture, bedding and towels etc
Host provided tea/coffee and water, this was unexpected but appreciated as most hosts do not consider these items as essential
Shower gel + people often forget to bring item
Provided cleaning equipment, mop, broom and hand brush/pan
Excellent radiators, could control temperature and kept rooms warm
Cleaner: A lovely lady who greeted me and asked me about my stay, courteous, personable and professional, she arrived shortly before the 10:00 check out time as stated in the advert details
I had requested a late checkout, but it was clear that everything advertised by the host was what was provided and more.
I kept in contact with the host throughout my booking, he was professional, courteous, polite and considerate - I felt that he was on hand if I needed anything, this was a definitive plus for me.
I would definitely stay here again as it was close to my extended family in Birmingham.
Bathroom
- no towel rail; plastic push on hook could not hold towel due to steam - would recommend adding a rail
- Heat of water too hot, found it difficult to regulate, although pressure was good
- Hot water ran out? 3 adults stayed at accommodation, by the time the third person showered the water was cold. I am not sure if the hot water system ran on a tank and it had to take time to reheat..
- Toilet paper provided, got damp due to steam having to open the window to reduce condensation - recommend a holder / toilet roll stand
- Extractor fan - not sure if this was working, therefore window kept open
Convenience Store - opens late on a Sunday, had to walk approximately 5 minutes down the road to another shop for some biscuits/croissants to have breakfast before we left.
The Convenience store next door was open when we arrived to check in on Saturday; it was not open until late Sunday morning after 10:00. For those who do not drive, all local larger shops /community centre were all closed this would make it somewhat difficult for accessing small breakfast items, if you were staying longer than one night, suggest purchasing a few items at your local Tesco/Lidl/Aldi before arrival

The rooms were very nice and homely, the facilities in the kitchen were great and you are provided with everything you need including an air fryer, microwave, utensils etc.
It was slightly strange that there were other people walking through our property to get to the loft one on top of us but, it wasn’t too noticeable all in all.
