Good location, easy check in, good parking, clean and comfortable. Had all the necessities, although near busy road was quiet. Very enjoyable stay, would return.

Obvious signs of wear and tear, may need freshen up.

Convenient location

Everything was excellent. Most Beautiful and clean accommodation which is well equipped. Modern look and well maintained/decorated. Love the location and well secured.

Nothing

The location in the Jewellery Quarter was good and we didn’t have too much trouble finding the place. The host was responsive on messaging. Flat was spacious. Fans were provided which we didn’t need, but I imagine would come in use in the recent heatwaves.

Unfortunately we had a few issues. The place wasn’t brilliantly clean, there were hairs on the bathroom floor, there were food splatters inside microwave and crumbs in the fridge and on the kitchen floors. The bedding in one of the bedrooms wasn’t the cleanest either, felt quite cheap and most of the cupboards were full of stuffed bin bags / loose linen lying around. The place is quite tatty in places and needs some tlc (not really visible in photos.) There was only one towel per person, no bathroom hand towels. No visible tea / coffee as per the description but did find some old looking teabags in a cupboard (which we didn’t risk). Kitchen stuff was hidden away so didn’t find oven glove and old sponge until day 2, and there were no tea towels. Had problems with the TV but luckily I’m fairly tech savvy and also the host was quick to respond so got it sorted. No black out blinds and there was road noise but that didn’t massively affect our sleep. I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but it didn’t feel like great value for money. Cleanliness is a non-negotiable and I didn’t even feel like I wanted to cook in the place I’m sorry to say.
