Good location, clean, aesthetically pleasing

A little hard to locate on the complex

Always a treat to be a guest with these hosts. I am a regular customer for their Mint Drive accomodation

Check the bedroom side light is working (from a previous visit, forgot to mention).

The location was perfect for our needs. There was a Sainsbury's a 3 minute walk away and also a fantastic Indian also just 2 minutes walk away.

Nothing.

Once in the apartment it was cozy and well laid out

Arriving. The car park is way down the end of the campus, not terrible. Its underground with limited spaces as they all seem to be reserved. Only visible door is labelled 11 but you need door 12. Messaging the host amd they say door is at bottom of ramp. Bottom of the ramp round the corner to the right and facing away. Needs better signage. Tried having a shower at 9pm and there was no hot water. The host came up and informed me that it was a water heater so of other people have used all the water, its 'not thier fault'. Okay, I get that, but not good enough. I expect to be able to wash my hair in at least luke warm water, not freezing cold. She put more water in the top box and told me to wait 20 mins, sat with conditioner in trying not to drip on the surfaces. 20 mins go by and water is warm-ish... for 3 minutes... back to freezing. Not good enough.
