Perfect location - 10 min walk away from town
Perfect location: 10 minutes to town on foot, with bazaars opposite side and same time to reach on foot. The space is surprisingly large with parking for two cars. All essentials were covered - reliable WiFi, an iron, and kitchen utensils.
Booking & Payment: Be aware that a £300 security deposit is required outside of the Booking.com platform. This was held after our stay, and almost two weeks later, my funds are still frozen. The host simply directed me to contact my bank, which was unhelpful. Property Drawbacks: · Parking: The spot is on a zebra crossing with a lamppost in the way, requiring a careful reverse. · Location/Noise: On a busy road opposite a school. Walls are thin, so you can hear neighbors and other guests. · Shower: Only one, with low water pressure, causing frustrating delays. · Security: I was accidentally locked out. Having door codes available in the main room would prevent this.

Easy reach of some convenience stores, easy to access and everything was clean and pleasant.
Some instructions for the cooker and shower would be nice for those who have not been there before.

Overall the place is okay.
Location was good. Living room was spacious.
Poor mattress with spring being felt when slept on the bed. Couldn’t take a proper shower as the water doesn’t drain out from the bathtub well.

The property was beautiful with beautiful interior and design. It was immaculately clean and looked newly renovated and refurbished. The rooms were all a decent size and beautifully decorated. There was even a washing machine at hand, and the host was kind enough to leave the kitchen filled with essentials such as oil, sugar, teas and coffee, spices and loads more. It is located pretty near Birmingham town centre and a short five minute bus or car ride will get you in to town.
The property only has one toilet/bathroom, that’s something to bear in mind. We ended up staying there during the heatwave and the property got really hot, it would have been really helpful if there had been a couple of fans available to help cool down. But apart from that I have nothing negative to say about the property or the host.
