Many good points. Lots of rooms and beds. Very generous with towels. The ideas for the interior design are beautiful. Comfy beds and absolutely love the bathroom as it was clean and toiletries provided. The taps will also show you the water temperature which was cool. The heaters also working well and it’s easy to cool down too. Kitchen well equipped with cooker, oven, toaster, microwave and washing machine with dryer! A table with sofa and a good sized dinner table. Tvs in every room even the kitchen. The codes provided works first time and everytime. So easy to check in and everyone in family can have access anytime they want as no keys. Location a bit of a ghetto area i will tell you in the negative point. But there’s an Aldi to do grocery shopping nearby and a few independent stores nearby all within walking distance. Also the small heath train station is 10 minutes . It’s a perfect place if you’re traveling with big family and do not fuss over little things.

Just outside the apartment door is absolutely dirty. Piles of rubbish just outside on the side of the door which you can see from your room. So we don’t look right or left as we walk to the door as we can spot few mice wandering about once. One thing none inside the property which is good. Inside, it’s clean. Might need a good dusting and better vacuuming and mop. If they provide better cleaning tools for a party that stays longer than 3 days would actually help the owner to get on top of things. Other than that, its pleasant. This is my honest review. I reviewed for tripadvisor too.
