Good stay just right

Church farm was perfect for us as we going to NEC , Camilla was regular contact regards your stay and the cooked breakfast was good

All good only thing for me was the bed was a bit hard this was my opinion, but in general a good stay

'Country Living' charm, homely, friendly, and a fabulous breakfast.

Millie is a friendly and hard working host, and we were made to feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. Fantastic location for NEC (a short walk away) and also Birmingham Airport. Our neighbours were the resident horses, so expect a little shuffling of hooves in the early hours as the horses anticipated their breakfast, however this added to the charm and uniqueness for us. We did have to ask for an extra towell, loo roll, and sugar during our stay, but as the accommodation is adjacent to Millie's home, she is always on hand for anything required. Absolutely gorgeous breakfast each day (we stayed 3 nights) good quality ingredients and, cooked to our daily requests, in a very homely, sunny and cosy dining room overlooking the garden. We had a lovely stay in Birmingham and this wholesome accommodation really topped off our visit. Thank you again Millie xx

Cost ans super close to Birmghan Airport

It was a very cosy and warm room in a freaking cold night and morning

Nothing about the property but the location was a bit hard to fine to more light outside and signs to the property would have made easier to find

The location was good for getting to the NEC , in a rural area , very quiet . We went as a small group suited our needs , rooms next to each other . Staff helpful a very good breakfast . Good hot shower .

Friendly farm with horses and the opportunity to stay in a converted stable. Loved it!

I loved staying in my stable room - especially as there were seven rooms made of stables and four still being used by horses. I just loved the fact that it really was a farm. The main house was in keeping with the old farm style and the breakfast setting was very warm and friendly. The owner went above and beyond by giving me a lift to my meeting round the corner - since the rain was pouring like crazy - and this was beyond necessary.

I ended up booking a twin room rather than a double and so slept in a single bed. Not a problem as I'll know to secure a double room earlier next time.

Handy accomodation close to NEC

We booked one nights stay here to attend an event at the NEC. it was so handy, just a 15 minute walk away with a map and directions in the room on arrival. The accommodation is down a quiet country road, which you wouldnt expect so close to major road links and the NEC. Our room was quaint with exposed beams and a wood floor for a lovely country cottage feel. There was a microwave as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The room was immaculately clean! Breakfast was delicious. We had full english breakfast with toast, coffee and orange juice. Camila was lovely and welcoming too. Thamks again for a great stay.

Millie was a lovely welcoming Host. The room was clean and functional with a wet room, comfortable mattresses and tea/coffee making facilities. Millie also made a fantastic breakfast, nothing was too much trouble, I had veggie sausages and my colleague had poached eggs and gluten free toast all made specially for us and taken in the Farmhouse dining room, which was so comfortable and welcoming. It was a home away from home, I would definitely stay again.

Welcome arrival bit odd. Attention to detail. Cobwebs, rubbish from previous guests still in bin, previous guests left over bath/shower gels, running out of milk at breakfast, not a great selection.

Lovely host, she was very attentive at breakfast, and nothing was too much bother, friendly and welcoming

I liked the rooms which were all individual and in a courtyard, so there was no noise from adjoining rooms, breakfast was in a lovely dining room, cosy and warm, but there was a wasp problem which was being dealt with by the owner.

Was a lovely room and host but parking was a pain.

Room was nice and the owner was lovely. Breakfast was good also.

The parking was a pain as it’s a small court yard and if there are couple of cars parked it’s impossible and so you park along the pathway which is still a bit if a problem having to reverse out. You heard planes coming into land until late at night and then start again early morning. First night of our 2 night stay the heating didn’t seem to work and it was quite cold when returned from NEC , but the 2nd night it was working.
