Great house, great location.
The house is very close to the NEC, so extremely convenient for what we needed. The beds are very comfy, there is free parking outside the house and it is within easy reach for shops and convenient stores. The price is very reasonable and the hosts are very responsive.
Although overall most of the house was very clean, the oven wasn't and there was a biscuit wrapper left behind the sofa. Also, the bathroom window was broken and therefore unable to shut properly, which was slightly annoying as it made the bathroom freezing. None of this was a bit deal however and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Really convenient, a brief confusion around the lock-box mechanics which was promtly solved without the need for support from the host.
