The property was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable break. The beds were comfortable, and the location was perfect, making it easy to get around and explore the area.
It was well equipped with fresh towels, bedding, tea, coffee, toiletries, and all the little extras that made us feel at home. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay.
The garden could do with a little upkeep, and the BBQ was very dirty when we came to use it, so we had to clean it before cooking. There was also some damage around the property, which appeared to have been caused by previous guests. The host was very apologetic and acknowledged these issues, and they didn’t detract from our overall stay.
As there were nine of us, a few more knives, forks, and plates would have been helpful, as we found ourselves washing items more frequently than expected.

The property was ideal for a group of senior ladies gathered together from Canada, USA and Europe for a long awaited get together to visit Crufts. The property provided more than adequate accommodation for us and located perfectly.

Clean, spacious, very comfortable, warm and very well located for NEC and Airport.
Kitchen had everything you need including tea and coffee.

The property had all facilities to make breakfast etc. very conveniently located to attend events in the nec. Very clean and in a nice quiet location Will definitely use it for future trips.
