Lock boxes are always nice and simple way to get in.
For a large group there was a good amount of space. I would have liked bedside lamps instead of having to get up to turn the big light off but very spacious and comfortable. Excellent price.
Cleaners turned up and hour before we had to leave which was a little awkward and there was no banister rail on stairs. Some of the group weren't particularly steady on their feet all the time, due to medical conditions, but we did manage. More constructive feedback as the location, price and cleanliness were all excellent.

The staff is professional and friendly, and we enjoyed the convenience of just 10min drive away to NEC, there is plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. We'll probably going to revisit here again.

The size of the property is amazing and all the rooms are spacious and well equipped. A great location too being only minutes walk from the local shops and takeaways (Chinese, Domino’s Pizza, Peri Peri Chicken and a pub that serves food.
Also the train station is only a 5 minute or less walk that has 1 stop direct to Birmingham Central.

One of the best contractor houses we've ever stayed at in Marston. The number of bathrooms made it great for a work group. Everything was well maintained, lots of space and great features throughout.
