Lovely home! Very close to the NEC
Parking was a big issue, we ended up having to park on a street, about 3 or 4 streets away

House was really convenient for working at nec. Area was a bit rough but had no issues whatsoever. The house was great for what we needed. Well equipped for 6 of us staying all week

Communication with the host was great, house was clean and tidy. Kitchen well-stocked with utensils etc. Plenty of space to relax in. Parking on site (though busy). Easy to locate. Access via lockbox was very handy.
Frosted glass doors on all the bedrooms - slightly odd and not private when you're sharing with colleagues!
Decor could definitely do with updating - lots of old empty fittings in the ceiling, loose bits of wallpaper or holes that have been badly filled - nothing actually broken but it is quite tired.
