Cosy Place
The Accommodation contained absolutley everything you need for a comfortable stay. Including washing machine. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster , ironing board, cutlery , dishes and cups. Tea and coffee was also provided. Accommodation was very clean. Beds ckean and comfortable. Communication from owner was excellent and quick. Property is not to far from the NEC , therefore great for concerts, exhibitions or overnight stay for early morning flight from the airport.
The only negatives points I found was 1. Height of the ceilings. This property is within a loft space and because of the roof profile you have to be careful. Plenty of notices to mind your head but you still have to be careful. 2. If you have a disability you would find it difficult to get to the room, as no lift is available and you will have to climb 2 sets of stairs.

Very clean and close to NEC. Well equipped. Fine for a couple of nights but too small for 4 people for any longer
The beds are a bit hard so would be better with a topper or better mattress. Need blinds on windows and screen between kitchen hen and bedroom as no door Hand towels should be provided

Throughly enjoyed staying here and would recommend to anyone staying in the area.
We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was lovely and really nicely decorated. The area was also really nice. The hosts were also super helpful and friendly.
Nothing however one of the bedrooms didn’t have a door or curtains/blinds but this wasn’t a problem for us.
