The place was very quiet, so perfect for us to take a break. I traveled with dogs and friends. The contact with the host was perfect, I got all the necessary information before our trip and during our stay we were regularly asked if we need anything and if everything is ok. In the apartment there was everything we needed incl. the heater for the bath. I was very happy to have a hoover in the apartment because I like to tidy up after my dogs before leaving. It was really very nice to receive a message thanking us for leaving the apartment so tidy.
The stairs to the apartment were quite steep (it seems to be normal in UK as my friends told me), however the entrance and the entrance stairs were quite dirty, the apartment itself was clean instead. Unfortunately the wifi didn´t work and it wasn´t possible to fix it during our stay, so it wasn´t possible even to watch TV in the evening. The ceiling is in many places quite low, however it didn´t cause us some serious injuries as there are plenty of warnings there.

The Accommodation contained absolutley everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Including washing machine. Fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster , ironing board, cutlery , dishes and cups. Tea and coffee was also provided.
Accommodation was very clean. Beds ckean and comfortable.
Communication from owner was excellent and quick.
Property is not to far from the NEC , therefore great for concerts, exhibitions or overnight stay for early morning flight from the airport.
The only negatives points I found was
1. Height of the ceilings. This property is within a loft space and because of the roof profile you have to be careful. Plenty of notices to mind your head but you still have to be careful.
2. If you have a disability you would find it difficult to get to the room, as no lift is available and you will have to climb 2 sets of stairs.

We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was lovely and really nicely decorated. The area was also really nice. The hosts were also super helpful and friendly.
Nothing however one of the bedrooms didn’t have a door or curtains/blinds but this wasn’t a problem for us.

Very clean and close to NEC. Well equipped. Fine for a couple of nights but too small for 4 people for any longer
The beds are a bit hard so would be better with a topper or better mattress. Need blinds on windows and screen between kitchen hen and bedroom as no door Hand towels should be provided
