Comfortable stay with everything we needed. Out the way and quiet. Great comms from our host. Highly recommended and would stay again.

Keys in lockbox code sent during the morning before arrival. Easy to access the property. Over all property was cosy and felt like home from home. Really good parking and easy to find. Leo the host very attentive brilliant communication from time of booking right the way through. WiFi connection really good. Close to NEC our journey was just less than 8 mins when we went on the Sunday afternoon.
Personal preference we found the bedrooms the ambient light through the bedroom windows was too bright. Consider maybe curtains in the bedrooms instead of blinds. Again personal preference we found the mattress in the master bedroom a bit too firm but this would not deter us from booking The Charm again when we are attending the NEC.
