Clean and comfortable. Good value for money.
Not much around the apartment but the bus to city centre is right outside.

Location was good for us as we wanted somewhere reasonably close to Birmingham New Street station & accessible to the Midlands Arts Centre. Price was reasonable
It was a shame that the kitchen lacked an oven, particularly as the owners have found space for a washing machine (which I would say is less useful or necessary for a short stay). The area isn't sulubrious and inside the flat is generally a bit tired. The bed & pillows are very soft and so uncomfortable for us
