It was very clean, had all the facilities that I needed and the owners were very friendly and welcoming. They also allowed me to park my car on their drive for two nights and not just the one I was booked in for. Very close to the centre of the city- ideal for watching the marathon this morning.
I had trouble opening the main door when I came back last night but thankfully the owner came & opened it for me!

Good sized room, very friendly hosts. The shard bathroom was available when we needed it so that's nice. Good warm shower! Did not use the common space but looked nice.
The area was not safe to walk alone at night. Some scetchy dude following us when we left at 20u (dark outside). After a 10 minute walk you come into the busy area with bars where it's safer, but I would not recommend walking there alone as a women at night. Be mindfull. The bed was pretty hard (not ideal with back issues).
The other guests staying on the same floor were pretty loud so we could hear them talk untill pretty late.
