Alwyn was excellent and made it very easy for me
The fridge was being repaired/replaced but not a big issue as small replacements were available which were ok for my needs

The location of the property, it was well maintained, very comfortable and the host answered all my questions. I would stay here again
I liked everything, but if I had to choose, the fridge not working stopped me buying things to keep cool. Host did provide small fridges to compensate.

Lovely decorated and spacious little home. Really enjoyed being a hermit here and walking to the shops and caffès. The owner is very kind and responsive. Cooking was easy with a full cupboard and enough utilities (rare in such apartments!). Pricing is wonderful - I don’t think there’s a more affordable place to be found with this level of comfort, newness and cleanliness.
I wish I could have had check in at my own time, rather than needing to show up at a certain time. It feels more like an Airbnb than a Booking.com property.

Location was nice, quiet and good walking distance to the city centre.
Hard to communicate to the staff (both through Booking app and via the phone number they provided), got no response about getting more towels for the three days we were there (the house had only two tiny towels; no bath mat, no hand towel, no kitchen towel) took many reminders to get deposit back and had to get Booking involved to actually get a response, some of the kitchen chairs were wobbly so couldn't actually sit on them.
