Super easy to find and collect keys, was exactly what we expected, not sure what the previous complaints are for in all honesty. If you just want somewhere to put your head down at night then this is spot on

The location of this property if you are working or going out in Birmingham could not be better! The instructions sent over were very clear and collection of the keys was very straightforward.
