The apartment is very clean & comfortable. It had everything that we needed
It was a faff to collect the key from the shop. I also asked the host if I could check in early & was ignored a few times. When they finally responded they requested that I ask again closer to the time, which I did (morning of my stay). They literally left it to the last minute to respond & said they’d be a charge. I was willing to pay a charge but as they left it to the last minute I didn’t bother. They could have just told me that this wasn’t possible the first time that I requested this!
