It was very clean.
The outside was not too kept. The weeds should be cleared or cut down.

The apartment was clean, the kitchen well-equipped. Though on a very busy road, the position round the side of the building made it fairly quiet. The mattress was comfortable. I appreciated that there were teabags provided.
The shower room was badly in need of refurbishment, and there was no bath mat.
The sitting room only had a bright overhead light; there should have been one or two softer lamps.
The bed linen was man-made, with a thin duvet.
There was no mirror in the bedroom.
The outside of the building was neglected.
