L’accueil était excellent : personnel gentil, chaleureux et très efficace. La chambre et les espaces communs étaient propres, avec une très bonne ambiance générale. Chaîne de confiance où nous avions déjà séjourné ailleurs.
Rien à signaler, tout s’est très bien passé.

It was simple and easy to check in and out. Clean and warm.
I understand cameras are for security but they are a bit intrusive in the halls.

Not a very safe area - to the point where the host had to message me as there was teens present in the area causing trouble & to not open the door.
Unfortunately, we were there on one of the few days of the year when it was super hot. The room was uncomfortably hot - no fan or aircon and we were sweating, lying completely still on the bed. The only way to get fresh air was via a window with the curtain open, but the window looked directly out to the street.
The towels didn't smell clean and left an odour on my skin.
The mattress was probably the worst I have ever slept on. Springs sticking into me - I slept with the doona folded in half on top of the mattress, and I could still feel it. Pillows were terrible also, woke up with a sore neck, and it was sore all day.
Bathroom (especially the shower / bath) didn't seem like it had ever been cleaned.
Had no idea where the kitchen was as all doors were shut.
Fantastic the house has such good security, but the door was very hard to figure out & you needed 2 hands and a fair amount of strength to open / close it. Bathroom door was also hard to open / close.
