Modern Central Apartment - Smart TV - Netflix 505F

Great apartment, had an issue with the electrics but the owner was very helpful and got it fixed within the hour

Il ritiro delle chiavi è una "caccia al tesoro". La casa necessita un pochino di manutenzione. Finestre bloccate (l'host è intervenuto a riparare quella della stanza da letto abbastanza velocemente) Lavandino del bagno otturato. Poca dotazione in cucina (solo 2 piatti).

I liked the communication of the staff with check in instructions, the place was wonderful and clean, and spacious too!

The location was perfect for what we needed. Comfy beds and sofa area

Supposed to be 3pm check in, they said the property still hadn’t been cleaned and will not be done until 3:30pm. We had a booking at 3:30pm which we did not make and we had paid for. We went up at 3:30pm and the cleaners were still in there and not finished, we had to leave our belongings including car keys with expensive jewellery in bags etc in the apartment with the cleaners as we needed to be out of the apartment well before that. I even asked for early check in which I understand was not available, but this made a very late check in even worse. We were stood outside the apartment and had to call multiple times to get the check in information including the exact address. Then was told we had to walk even further to go get the keys which delayed us even more. There was only 1 bath towel and there was two of us, so we had to share before leaving the apartment on the Sunday to go out. Netflix is a big selling point of the apartment yet neither of the remotes were working and needed new batteries. This took hours to come and we were wanting to watch tv the Saturday night and was not able to so we had to go to the shop and purchase our own because we were fed up of waiting and messaging the owners. Elevator was also not working when we arrived and we were about 5 floors up with all of our luggage was not ok after waiting in the sun stood outside for over half an hour to get in to the property. The living room light was flickering on and off constantly, and the underfloor heating in the bathroom was ridiculous it actually burnt our feet.
