Apartment-Free Parking-In Mailbox Bham!

Really lovely property in a beautiful, vibrant area. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We accidentally locked ourselves out through no fault but our own, and the owner couldn’t have been more helpful. She drove straight from work to bring us a spare key, which we really appreciated and went above and beyond. We can’t thank her enough for her kindness and quick response. We had a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others. We’d happily stay here again!

The location was perfect. Check in was easy. I didn't pay extra for my dog and car park. Instructions for check-in were helpful.

The bed and the sofa bed were certainly not comfortable. We couldn't find out how the electrical shower works (we didn't ask to the host)

This was in a fabulous location with easy access to The Mailbox for a range of shops and cafe/restaurants. It was quiet even though in the centre of Birmingham and only a short walk from city centre and other facilities like the Bull Ring. The apartment had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.

One of the window handles was broken in the lounge but someone would have had to scale the building to get in. It was a bit colder in the evenings but the host had thought about this by providing heaters. These were minor issues as on the whole it was a great place to stay.
