Perfect for a short city break meeting up with family

Great location - central but not too noisy. Easy to arrive by car even though we're almost in the city centre. Parked by the property.

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. Mario made sure we were prepared for our stay and kept in contact if needed.

Reasonably priced for an Easter break with the family.

Very central location for Lego Discovery Centre, city centre and Sea Life Centre. Was good for a family with young children. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Appreciated tea and coffee facilities.

Slightly draughty. Bed not particularly comfortable. Non-thermostatic shower tap.

We very much enjoyed our stay.

A very nice flat in a great location. I really appreciated that all the essentials were provided like soap, cooking oil etc. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to stay there another time.

The settee was not very comfortable and the flat could do with a fresh coat of paint in places.

Excellent stay but try to label the location more clear!

The flat is furnished nicely and very warm as we travelled during winter time

The location is kind of tricky and the google map is not showing the right place so we ended up in a different apartment and had to wandering around the area. Fortunately, we managed to call the person in charge and get the right location from him.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The place is near transportation and shopping, and other attractions.

Beds, couch and toilet could have been higher as we are seniors. Tub could use a bar for support as well as a tub mat. Artificial or no plants. Fortunately we are nature lovers and were willing to water them. Porch needs to be cleaned up. A long handle broom is needed.

Worth a stay

Convenience of location. Easy parking. Plenty of room in the flat. It was well equipped, with a good telly and wifi. Very good value

The beds and sofa were not very comfortable. The flat was not completely clean, for example, the cooker hood was full of grease and 3 of the hob jets did not work as the holes were blocked. It was very warm in the flat - some people would love this, but it was uncomfortable for us
