This place is honestly hotel standard and beyond what you would normally expect from an Airbnb. From the boss, Adam, who is such a down-to-earth and very kind man, and always has the best approach with customers, to Gem from the back office, who is very good and always responds instantly. Also Kelly at reception, who is very welcoming, calm and always has a good smile on her face. All the staff are really amazing. The Airbnb itself is very clean, neat and has really good facilities. The parking is also very good and convenient. Myself and my family enjoyed this place so much that we actually had to book another extra day because they refused to leave! 😂 They loved the place so much, especially the fitness facilities, and they really enjoyed their stay. This is honestly one of the nicest and most welcoming places I have stayed. The environment is warm and welcoming, and the staff are outstanding. I give this place 100%! I have already decided that whenever I come to Birmingham with my family, this is where we will be staying. Very, very good place. Highly recommended! 👌🏽

It's a brand new building so everything was new and clean. It's very well put together and the design is very minimalist and cool.

Parking bays were being taken by other cars so we struggled to ever park in our own actual parking bay.
