For significant accidental damage or rule violations (such as unauthorized parties), this will be handled by Aircover via the resolution centre.

* Excluded Occupiers: Individuals in our serviced accommodation, holiday lets, are considered excluded occupiers and do not require a court order to be evicted.
* Lack of Exclusive Possession: We retain general control of the premises and can move the guest from room to room where required, the guest does not have exclusive possession.
* Licence vs. Tenancy: we provide a license for use, not a legal interest to use the premises, where guests have no rights to stay.
