Spacious 2 Beds with Gated Free parking WIFI,NETFLIX No Deposit Required

It's a 2 bed flat that had the necessary furnishings and cooking equipment. It was clean. Had basic amenities. Everything worked. Fast reliable internet. Tea/sugar/coffee/individual milk pots/Towels were a good touch. Location is good (tesco a 5min walk, bus stop round the corner, 5mins bus ride to the cathedral in birmingham town centre. Etc). Easy to get to. Close to major roads. When communicating with them they were friendly and responded in a timely fashion. Car parking space right next to lift (I got my Nissan Ariya in and out of it easily - the parking space not the lift). Surprisingly quiet after 9pm. You expect with wooden walkways and the heavy fire door to the lift that there would be more noise from residents, but everyone was respectful of neighbours later at night. Noise does occur, but expected more. I didn't feel over charged on price, that is always good. Overall, after 4 weeks in the place, if I need to be in that area again i'd stay again.

Bed in front room felt like springs were going. Didn't affect getting a good night's sleep for me but might others. The back bedroom mattress was perfect according to that guest. Slatted blinds instead of curtains or black out blinds in bedrooms meant I woke up with the sun. The flat needs a few bits of TLC but nothing major. An info pack would be good as I had to google to work out the washer/dryer (never had one that started by closing the door after setting it) and induction hob (not used one before). The Internet I ended up asking via chat and writing it down separately as we had a few devices. Include how to use heaters/intercom etc as not everyone will be familiar. Converting the in bedroom cupboards into proper wardrobes rather than having them as random storage would make them usable for guests and you could then fit in dressing tables in room. That's just an idea though.

The fact I couldn't stay longer

This property had all we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s a good size.

The parking was quite difficult, very small space and not well signposted, however having free parking was a great bonus.
