We were just looking for somewhere to sleep after going to the NIA/Utilita Arena for a gig (and it only takes 15 mins or so to walk there) so didn't use many of the facilities. Having said that, the things that we did use (bedrooms, shower, bathrooms, kettle, living area and parking were all good. Take any food items (tea, coffee, milk, &c.) that you need straight away with you, as not much is provided, otherwise there is a large Tesco 10 mins walk away.
It would have been nice to have received the check in details earlier.
Make sure you remember your Booking.com log in details once you leave home as this is how they are delivered.

It was lovely and nice the bed room was lovely and it was a lovely size felt really safe
The table was a bit close to the sofa and the child smacked his head on it so we had to move the table for safety I would recommend if they check in with a child to make it safer.
The bed in the pink room was stained and had public hairs all over it but I cleaned it with wipes so I could see.
