Fantastic location, in the middle of everything, easy to access
The apartment was tired, in need of decoration refreshing, and the bathroom needed some attention - plug in sink, deep clean.

View is amazing!! The room is ideal for anyone on a short stay at Birmingham. Close to all amenities.
T.v didn't work, it was in the floor actually lots of sockets didn't work. We only stayed 1 night so wasn't that bothered but it would have been a problem if I was there any longer. Oh and bed creaked alot just general movement nothing exciting lol.

Clear handover once I had the code, in a location close to New Street Station and the property.
Good sized studio, close to all the central amenities
Wasn't sent the code to access the keys for collection in good time, had to call Booking.com to resolve
Some iron marks in the carpet and some decor issues
Heating wasn't easy to operate
TV remote had no batteries so unable to use
