It was warm and the location was good for our travel purpose.
It was not as the pictures presented. It was tired looking, not clean, poorly maintained and equipped. Mattresses were poor, holes in the walls, kitchen dirty and not fully equipped.
Dusty, dirty carpets and stains on the furniture.

Terrible
Didn’t get the opportunity to find anything to like about the property
We booked to stay in this flat for one night, following a long journey from Kent to Birmingham with our two young children. We were told by the owner that the apartment would be ready at 4:00pm.
We collected the key from a key safe and entered the building at the correct time, to find the apartment door was slightly ajar. From the outset we could smell a very strong body odour. We pushed the door open slightly and called out, concerned as to what was happening. We were met by a young person, who was bare footed and looked dishevelled. They looked disorientated and had clearly just woken up. In the hallway behind her we could see what looked like clothing piled up. The smell of body odour that came from the apartment was incredibly strong. We told her that we had arrived for our stay, and she mumbled that we should come back later. We left the property and got back into our car to make a call the owner to find out what was going on.
We spoke to the owner and explained the situation who said he would make some enquiries. He returned our call and told us that the lady currently in the property was his cleaner. We explained to him what we had witnessed and the smell coming from the property was terrible. We told him that the flat was not ready for 4pm as agreed, the smell certainly wasn’t going to be gone any time soon and we didn’t feel safe to stay there. We paid £120.00 for this one night stay and during the phone call the owner agreed to a refund.
Unfortunately, the refund has not materialised. We have made multiple attempts to make contact with him, but our calls and messages have been ignored. We booked this through Booking.com and made contact with them to assist in the refund to no avail. The owner wanted us to provide photographs of what we had witnessed. Of course we did not take pictures, we couldn’t quite believe what had happened when we first arrived at the apartment door, and we were taken completely by surprise.

Poor lighting in main bedroom due to low watt bulb in overhead light and none in bedside lamp. Short on dishwasher liquid. Missing some cutlery

Very cosy & great value for money
It was clean and tidy and a very cosy little apartment.
It was very confusing finding tbr property and the post code left is a street over but we eventually found the 12 on the floor of the parking bay and then located the apartment

Geen fijn verblijf en ik wil eigenlijk het liefst mijn geld terugkrijgen
Toen ik het huisje inkwam met mijn familie eerste wat we zagen is dat het niet schoon was. De prullenbak was nog vol, badkamer zag er niet uit en tafels waren vies. De verwarming deed het niet. We hebben de eerste nacht in de koud geslapen met onze jassen en sjaals. De douche was ook heel erg koud en werd maar niet warm. Iedereen is ook ziek geworden hier!
