Disappointing on many fronts. OK on cleanliness and facilities offered but overall disappointing and very poor value for
We chose because of the location which was fine and worked for us. The facilities were ok in terms of cleanliness and warmth but woefully lacking in other respects.
The shower was unusable as it was cold ,there was hot water from the other taps in the bathroom and kitchen. There was no natural daylight , just one velux window with a blind but the portion of glass visible was filthy and clearly not maintained in years.The mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable and the floor uneven the solitary chair had no legs!

Passable for the money...just...but uncomfy and loud alarms going off often
Location worked well for me. Instructions and comms from the hosts was good
Smoke alarms for the whole building went off 3 times whilst I was there, including early in the morning on my last day....it was still going off when I left half an hour later. There was no hot water on the morning when I left...the boiler had an issue, apparently. The bed was not in any way comfortable, lumpy springs clearly felt....and finally the carpets in the room are very disgusting, caked in grease, presumably from the cooking in the room

I appreciate that this was a studio with kitchenette. I liked the free laundry.
The management didn't reach out to me at first. I had to them bang on doors to get management phone number. The initial contact woman was unbelievable in her rudeness. Always ask for Nazim instead. The bathroom is functional but small. The man above me would start phone calls at 10 pm & not stop his talking until 3 AM. The laundry machines left black marks on my clothes ruining my linen shirt & a new dress.
