Staff were friendly and helpful. However the location is not nice at all. It is a student area with rubbish thrown all over the street. The studios are small and tired. The mirror was broken on the wardrobe and burn stains. Bed was not comfortable and no bedside table. Clean towels and otherwise had facilities that were needed. TV angle didnt work. Pictures make it look nicer than it actually is.
