Apartment 3 - absolute catastrophe!

The bed was comfortable.

Where do I start? We decided to come back to the apartment to check in and stay in for the evening. On first appearance the apartment was okay. However, on closer inspection there were damp patches in both bedrooms. The window seal was broken in the bathroom. The kitchen was a disaster area. The fridge was dirty. There was no crockery or cutting implements for any food that we wanted to make. The cooker was absolutely disgusting. I have pictures. Dirty pants had been left in the dirty cooker. There were no cleaning implements, just a bottle of cheap washing up liquid and some blue paper towel. We were asked to keep the place tidy but how are we supposed to do this if there's nothing to clean with? The beds that my mother slept on had stains on the duvet cover. In addition, we will left hand towels to have a shower with and the water in the toilet did not flush properly. All in all a very disappointing stay.

The apartment wasn't clean at all balloons in the couch no hot water dirty floors tables nothing was clean condom packets under the couch would not recommend it at all!!! Disgusting

Perfect for long stay.

Was looking for a place for my family to stay for 2 weeks. The apartment was perfect. Self controlled air conditioning, kitchen, living room, shower, bedroom, and parking. Ideal for a long stay.

To be honest it was my own fault the stay wasn't better. It's not a luxury hotel, but a nice modern apartment. They have facilities that you can use, but it's best to take your own cutlery and pots and pans and stuff if you want to make the most out of it. They message it in the confirmation also, but I missed it so had to pick us some extra stuff from the shops.

I think the bed comfort was about the only highlight of our stay.

Cleanliness was shocking. We had to clean plates and cutlery before using them, the bathroom was unclean with various stains etc in the living room. A lot of things were rusty due to the apartment not being appropriately heated as it was freezing on arrival.

It's an apartment not a hotel.

I think when people book they don't actually read what they're booking. The apartments are exactly as described, but people seem to be expecting a lot extra. Price wise great value, location and parking perfect, self check-in is exactly as described. I think it's ideal for a long term stay. If you're looking for a romantic getaway, then probably look for a hotel instead.

Functional one night stay but lacks being serviced to a high standard.

Good parking, quiet street. Apartment has lots of space

Cleanliness was an issue. The wet room style shower needs a very good scrub, the plug area was filthy. Put me off using it. Apartment was cold when we arrived, no instructions to work the hot air/air conditioning system so had to ring the owner who told us how to get it working. There were a few loose screws on the floor in the bedroom (from work being done previously?) seems sloppy not to have noticed them if the apartment is regularly cleaned - or not!

Good value for money.excellent location. Would recommend.

Excellent location for Utilita Arena and Broad Street, just a very cheap taxi ride away or a walk if you’d prefer. Collection of keys easy and good contact from hosts. Fully fitted kitchen. Just a few little things to finish off as the apartment has just been completely renovated but nothing that affected our stay. A mirror in the bathroom would be good. Will definitely stay again when in the area and would recommend 😃

Les robinets étaient rouillés et sales. Il y avait des toiles d’araignée et des miettes de nourriture sur les coins des canapés. Le lavabo de la salle de bain était bouché. La cuvette des toilettes était cassé…

La pulizia era davvero pessima. Non era stata passata l'aspirapolvere e il bagno era il condizioni pessime. Non ho apprezzato
