Well located for our visit to the NEC . Quiet road. Wonderful garden
The key code sent by Cottages.com was incorrect so we had trouble getting in. Getting in and out of the parking area is difficult. We would have appreciated a wiping cloth and a milk jug. Not enough mugs.

Cosy home vibes with everything necessary for a trip away from home! After a mix up with price during the booking, Mat went above and beyond to rectify the problem and honour the deal. Communication was faultless throughout. Loved the added “home from home” touch with family and children’s board games and nintendo switch set up! Perfect for a family get away, or in my case a business trip local to the NEC Arena that didn’t cost a fortune! Cannot recommend enough.. thanks again for you wonderful hospitality Mat & Kat!
