Good communication. Good location (25 minute canal walk to arena but bring a torch). Modern facilities.
Big penthouse was downgraded to 2 smaller apartments... Plenty of notice but apartments in separate blocks made the family holiday not quite the same. The parking was atrocious.. ppl kept parking in our bays which added stress. We parked in another bay and hopefully won't be fined. Bed is a small double. Noisy complex (huge) as is a mix of rental and hotel. The explanation to get the keys from the key box was like an escape room... Letters, numbers, what three words!!

The location was excellent and easily accessible to everything. The apartment was clean, warm, and very comfortable. It was also quiet and met all my needs.
For the 1-bedroom apartment, after booking I was informed that there is no designated parking, only visitor spaces are available, which is used frequently bay other residents. It was very difficult to find a parking spot, as the area is quite congested with both people and cars. It’s a shame that parking isn’t included, especially for longer stays. That was the only downside.
