About this apartment rental
This brand-new property comes with 2 double bedrooms, a full bathroom with bath and shower and gated parking.
The kitchen is modern and compact, having all appliances, cutlery, cooking utensils. There is a washing machine which can be used during your stay. There is high-speed WiFi and a secure connection for all your remote meetings, and a beautiful living room where you can relax after a long workday. You will also have a flat-screen 50’’ Smart TV, already set with a guest Netflix account which you can use at your convenience. Additional cleaning can be provided upon request if required.
Please note: If you require parking, you will need to collect the parking permit and keys from our office, which is a 4-minute drive from the property.
Please note that the early check-in is subject to availability and it’s chargeable.

All guests must provide proof of Identification i.e. passport, driver`s licence.
All guests must respect our community guidelines:
No Parties/Gatherings that exceed the maximum number of guests
No Smoking
No extra guests

Check out is strictly 11 am, a charge will be applied for any unauthorised late checkouts.
