Good walkable location. Clean nice spacious apartment. Clear instructions for arrival. CCTV. Staff in contact if issues appear. Good value, would stay again
Distance between apartment and car park. Booked a car park but did not realise that would need to walk past few streets.

Really good venue, plenty of space and the flat was clean on arrival. Bed was very comfortable. Perfect for what I needed and a very reasonable price.
Not the fault of the venue but there was quite a bit of noise from the street, also figuring out the door to get into the flat was a bit of a faff (it wasn't immediately obvious how to enter the door code)

Clean room, well appointed, convenient location for the city centre.
Ridiculously complicated process for completing the booking and paying an (unnecessarily large) security deposit. Hallway was dilapidated and smelled of cigarette smoke. Quite a lot of traffic noise. Door code was accepted but didn't then open repeated times.
