The nicest, affordable penthouse in Birmingham. Awesome!

The place was well decorated, spacious and I felt richer being there. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a great added bonus. The shower was amazing and it was lovely having a high tech set up.

There were no items available to clean up, clothes or products. That would have been better but not the end of the world. My only real concern was the staff at the entrance. There was a security /host person. He never helped with the door , I had my hands full and my girlfriend was also not able to get the door. He just stood there inside . He just said I don't know when asked questions. He couldn't have been less interactive or unhelpful. But with regards to the property I was very happy .

Exceptional value for money new roomy apartments

Very clean and tidy, you could tell the apartments were newly refurbished, so everything was in excellent condition Modern furnishings with a large TV, comfortable sofa, different lighting options including floor lamps and desk lamp Well appointed kitchen. Huge fridge freezer, oven plus separate microwave Bathroom was spacious with a large well lit mirror over sink

A rug on the floor in the lounge would create more of a cosy feel, break up all of the wood strip flooring You could feel the mattress buttons in the bed so a mattress topper would be advisable Blind in bedroom isn't blackout, light came through the side at 5am

Was a great little apartment for my stay, lovely to have a kitchen and cook. Very clean!

Shame about the noise coming from the what I think was the heating boiler inside the cupboard kept me awake! And not overly dark, needed earplugs and eye mask next visit.

It was a very secure property, it’s a self- check in but staff are still there for any complications during the day. This is genuinely one of the cleanest apartments I’ve ever been to. There was an iron, ironing board, dishwasher, blow dryer. It was very spacious and location couldn’t be anymore perfect.

A little escape of luxury!

I had such a lovely experience one of the best apartments I’ve been in for a long time, from small details like cleanliness, beautiful furnishings and supplies like tea and coffee. I felt so comfortable and had everything I needed, location was incredible and the check in / out process was super straightforward. The site was extremely secure and felt safe, extra little things like a wine fridge was a touch of luxury! 5/5 for me I have no complaints:)

Excellent Place to Stay in Birmingham

I am bit of a traveller and when I say this is one of the best places to stay in Birmingham - I mean it. Everything from start to finish was excellent. The booking/key collection process was fantastic - seamless, not trivial and very safe. I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and I was just amazed by the facilities that the apartment had to offer. Starting from the very stylish lounge area - which included of a very comfortable sofa and throw - perfect when you want to watch TV and lounge around. The kitchen - perfectly equipped and had all the items you could possibly need during the stay. Bonus Points for the coffee machine - perfect for a caffeine fiend like me! Ample space/surfaces for you to work which also includes of a lot of sockets and connection points. The Bedroom - this was by far one of the comfiest beds that I have slept in, it genuinely felt like the bed was hugging me and left me very well rested and relaxed. Again lots of space storage areas and space for you to walk around. The bathroom was just lovely - it was a large bathroom which is excellent if you have a lot of toiletries. The shower was great - pressure was just perfect. Overall, the space was well maintained, clean and very stylish - a home away from home.

The bed was very small - I’m 6’2 and was longer than the bed. It was also a small double so it was tough to sleep diagonally - thankfully I was alone!

Lovely well equipped apartment, really clean and extremely comfortable. Easy checking in/our process. Perfect place for an overnight stay in Birmingham city centre, less than 10mins walk from New Street station, the bullring and 5 mins to the Gas basin canal. Would highly recommend

Comfortable convenient stay in a modern apartment

Nice modern comfortable apartment. Central location - easy to get to from train station and access to Mailbox. Excellent showers. Great having washing/drying facilities.

Inconvenience of having to request items that should've already have been provided. E.g. Stayed as a family of four but only 1 bowl & 3 glasses/mugs provided. The building manager resolved this promptly but then in the evening we went to have a glass of wine to discover there were no wine glasses (but there is a wine fridge)! It was too late to get them so had to wait the following day which was annoying. Simple inventory checks inbetween guest stays could've avoided this problem. The apartment is well equipped in many areas but then missing simple things like bathroom hooks and hangers. There's plenty of rack space but only 4 hangers per room makes no sense. Light bulb on bedside table didn't work, there's wall lights in second bedroom that are awkwardly positioned (too low) so you bump into them. Didn't know that only one set of coffee pods is provided per stay (more available for a fee) - so if you pay to stay longer then you get the same amount as those that only stay for 1 night? You have to buy your own tissues as they won't provide them.

Perfect for what we needed

The sound proofing - considering the location near a busy road there was barely any noise from outside. Dog friendly for the extra fee and the decor was lovely - my partner was loading the car with our puppy and struggling with all our things and a staff member (we think property manager) offered to hold him whilst my partner packed up and even gave him a toy to take away

Lovely!

Good convenient location, self check in was super easy, codes were easy to use to access building and apartment. The apartment was lovely and clean, really good facilities of 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower and one with a shower. Really good kitchen facilities, and wonderfully decorated! Would definitely stay again

The property was very clean, smelt beautiful when walking in. I liked how they left us a blanket in case we got cold too.

Beautifully decorated. Close to city centre hot spots.

Beer cans lined up outside the entrance. Entrance and corridor smelt like weed. There was a party in an adjacent apartment who woke us all up at 2:30am. Husband and son didn’t fit in the beds as they had wooden footboard, husband had to sleep on the sofa so we didn’t stay the second night and got another hotel. Didn’t feel safe for a family with children.

Very clean and a good location

I didn’t like the lack of assistance if you don’t have electronics. Not having a front desk made the stay a lot harder than it had to be. I didn’t get my codes or any info on my room until I prompted at 6pm when it was supposed to be sent over at 2pm. I had paid for early check in which I didn’t get - which I did understand. But the lack of bag storage also made the stay more difficult. Our phones died and we were stranded outside until we begged someone to use their phone to call. Someone should be working the doorbell 24hrs a day for emergencies.

Modern new super clean!! A lot of heart.

The best we’ve stayed in. We were looking forward to returning to the apartment every day. Well equipped extremely thoughtful with little details that can’t go unnoticed like the books paintings on the wall. The biggest bathroom we’ve been to. The apartment had an iron, washing machine and the fan came in handy during the heat. The staff was reachable in case we had questions. The lock codes were straight forward. I’ve already recommended the apartment to my friends. Will definitely consider staying here again if we were returning to the city.

Provision to check in early or leave our bags would have been helpful. We struggled to store our bags until the check in time. Finally paid for a storage facility at Primier Inn

Great modern apartment, provides home from home experience, very good location overall.

The apartment was modern, clean, comfortable everything you want when you are in the midst of a busy, business trip and need everything to work well! The location is great, see a few notes below.

The location is both a bonus and a drawback. It's in a nice location, right next to the Mailbox, very easy walk to and from New Street Station and central Birmingham restaurants and shops. However, my room did overlook the highway slap bang in the middle of Birmingham. It mean I couldn't open the windows, but luckily, despite it being heatwave here in the UK, there seems to be an overall air temp control in the apartments (no individually controlled A/C), which worked well and kept it a good temp. I think as long that central control works ok, it's ok, but individually controlled AC would be a preference - for summer and winter, as opening the windows is a no-go.

Perfect location, close to New St. Ideal if you are visiting Birmingham and want a central location. Two comfy rooms, excellent shower in the en-suite. Would definitely book again when visiting Birmingham.
