Maison de bonne taille, en bon état général à l'intérieur, bien équipée dans chaque pièce et très propre Quartier calme et proche du centre ville (10 mn à pied) Superette 24/24 à 3 mn à pied
Le jardin privatif était hyper sale (papier, sacs plastiques, bouteilles vides, oiseau mort, crottes de chat partout...) La porte donnant accès à la rue était complètement ouverte et le système de serrure était en mauvais état. Extérieur très gloque! Devant la maison: 2 conteneurs poubelles qui débordaient d'ordures à notre arrivée

La ubicación correcta, zona tranquila y bien comunicada. Calefacción que mantenía la casa caliente. Cocina totalmente equipada El acceso desde la habitación principal directo al baño. Supermercado a escasos metros de la vivienda
La vivienda está junto a un colegio, a partir de las 8:00am el ruido de los alumnos al llegar puede resultar molesto. El último día no teníamos agua caliente, no sabemos si fue una avería o que desconectaron el calentador de agua antes de tiempo.
