The host Sam was very very accommodating and experienced. I love the self check in part of it, was really explanatory. The property itself is superb. Had everything we needed for our stay. Kitchen was fully stocked, beds were so soft and comfy. Kids could play around in the garden. Environment was really safe and the parking infront of the house was just too convenient for us. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends coming to Birmingham
