It did not match up to the photos and did not feel homely . We left a day early

Within walking distance of the bullring

Mould on window and curtain in twin bedroom. Some of the decor was tired, tatty, damaged and needed updating , ie most of the furniture, kitchen units , bathroom walls and skirting boards , curtains. The communal hallway smelt unpleasant and the carpet was very dirty.

Excellent city centre location.

Great central location for O2 academy. Nice spacious apartment. Comfortable beds. Large TV. Local amenities are good - Nearby Tesco Express and many places to eat and drink. Parking available Good electric heaters. For information: Property is on 5th Floor and accessible with stairs or a lift. This is easily accessible, though solo wheelchair users may struggle with number of fire doors leading to the property.

Shower cubicle is dated, but operational. Oven/Hob could use updating/deep cleaning - but perfectly serviceable. For information: Remember this is a busy city centre location. Even on 5th floor, it gets loud outside on a Friday and Saturday night. This is not a place for a very quiet weekend getaway!

Do not book!

It is close to the city center. There are some nice restaurants in the area. These are the only two reasons why you should stay here. In short you really should not.

We had to sleep with a duvet cover that reeked of smoke. When we asked for a new one, we got one that smelled just as bad. On arrival we had to wait for 15 min outside in the rain because the personel were unclear where we were supposed to meet up. The kitchen was incomplete, only one small pot and one frying pan. The dishwasher was really smelly as well. It was quite cold during the evening. Simply said, please avoid at all cost!

The host net with us to hand over the keys and show us to the apartment. The apartment was spacious, bright, comfortable and very clean. Communication with our host was excellent and I would definitely recommend it.

I would say overall the facilities were fantastic and at that price a total bargain.

I thought the apartment was spacious, very clean with excellent facilities. We stayed in a two bedroom flat with one of the bedroom having a en suite bathroom. The living room was very roomy,leading into the kitchen which was equipped with modern equipment. The Wi-Fi worked with no issues at all and was excellently explain by the gentleman that saw to us. The flat was located in the city centre which was also fantastic

This would be nitpicking in my view, it would be nice if the clocks were set to the correct time. Also, there were a few stains on the sofa which would need some attention. The view we had was of the street and the parking lot, which I would not say was glamorous but that was not our major concern. The flat had door windows which you could open for air if need be,when you open door behind it was another sheet of glass which was half the side of the door window, for safety sake I think they should put some metal gating. and would also say that outside the building there were a few dubious people lurking around the area. I think it’s important if you were to got out in the evening (theatre or the like) just pay attention to your surroundings. The other thing to note besides the fee for the property, you are required to put down a deposit which is to cover for any damages incurred.to be returned to you ten days after your stay . Having done things which other suppliers I think ten days is too long. However, these were minor issues which don’t take away from the fact that this was an excellent flat and an unbelievable bargain price

Excellent Central Apartment. Comfortable, Well-Equipped & Great Location

We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this apartment, particularly for anyone visiting Birmingham for leisure, nightlife, or business. Due to train delays we needed to arrange a later-than-expected check-in. Although this came with an additional cost, the communication from the team was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and prompt in meeting us at the property, which immediately set a positive tone for the stay. The location is outstanding — right in the heart of the city and ideal for accessing the nightlife, Chinatown, and a wide range of excellent restaurants. There is also a Tesco Express directly across the road, which is incredibly convenient and means there’s no need to pack essentials such as tea, coffee, or toiletries if you’re travelling light. The apartment itself was very clean, well presented, and tastefully furnished. Both bedrooms were a good size, one with an ensuite, and the main bathroom was particularly impressive with a large bath and a powerful, high-pressure shower. The open-plan living and kitchen area was a real highlight. The floor-to-ceiling, double-aspect windows gave great views of the surrounding area and made the whole space feel bright, open, and spacious. The comfortable L-shaped sofa was perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the TV was easy to use — we had no trouble connecting our phone. Wi-Fi connection was quick and easy, with strong, reliable speed throughout the stay. Overall, this is a very comfortable, well-located apartment and an excellent base for exploring Birmingham. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. The only minor issue was that the freezer door didn’t fully close and could do with defrosting, but this did not detract from our overall experience.

Overall Good .

Property looking nice and clean, everything was good and smooth . Even staff member who I spoke with is very polite and helped us.

When we entered into the apartments the smell was not nice. That’s the only issue we faced . Rest everything was perfect. And also the information about late checkin was not mentioned while we booking the stay. We are getting the information after booking has been done and it’s not able to cancel aswell. If we see the clear information about late checkin fee that would be great.

It was an ok stay, booked last minute as other accommodations let us down night before we were travelling to Birmingham!

Good location.

Desperately needs updating , not very clean, horrid stains up the wall in the bathroom, sofa had stains all over it. Corridors were a bit creepy, it was ok but overall all feeling was uneasy didn’t feel safe. Beds were uncomfortable , mattresses thin and cheap.

The mattresses were very dirty and stained and very uncomfortable. The apartment appeared clean but on closer inspection was pretty filthy. The windows may as well have been open as they provided almost no outside noise reduction. No tv signal unless u want to sign up to Netflix.

Disappointing with a dash of stressful

The location

The apartment offered the absolute bare minimum, the floor wasn’t very clean - the bottom of our white socks were extremely dirty by the end of our day stay. The shower head kept falling off the shower stand. We tried to make toast but the toaster set the fire alarm off immediately and didn’t even warm the bread. The oven shelves were broken so we couldn’t cook anything. The plug sockets were broken which is definitely a hazard. The apartment boasts WiFi but it didn’t work. £250 extra deposit wasn’t very clear when booking and I only got the email regarding it after I could no longer modify. Only one set of keys, which isn’t great for a group and the main door was always unlocked. On our last morning, there was no water for a shower, to brush teeth or even use the toilet. This was not the companies fault but the only thing we were offered was an hour extra (for four people to shower) IF the water was back on by 10am and if not, we had to check out regardless or pay a late check out fee. Definitely wouldn’t recommend for a work trip.

Location was good

Shower didn't work was faulty. Beds uncomfortable. Broken fridge. Was not in great condition definitely needs a refurbishment. Noise at 5am lasted 3 hours no sleep.

Good location but a bit run down

Good location. Great for our family of 5 as had a double room and then another bedroom with a double and a single bed. Staff were very responsive and helpful - allowed us to park the car prior to our check in time and brought extra glasses very promptly when asked.

There wasn’t much kitchen equipment - no bottle opener, no baking tray. We had to ask for extra glasses as there were only 2 and we had a group of 5. When we arrived the dishwasher was full of dirty things from the previous occupants and there were no dishwasher tablets - the staff did bring us some when asked. It’s a little run down - chipped surfaces in bathroom, sofa tatty and uncomfortable, towels very threadbare, duvet covers didn’t fit properly - and could do with some freshening up.

The location is nice because it’s close to town

The apartment doesn’t look like the photos on booking.com. It’s very misleading as the place looks old and things are wore off. The apartment didn’t smell nice, things were broken and attached with sally tape, definitely doesn’t look like what you paid for. It wasn’t cleaned properly either It is much smaller than it looks in the photos
